Fixes after tonight's multiplayer test
- Research: the Hornet and the Heavy Laser could not be started because the rotating 3D preview swallowed the click on the Research button. Fixed.
- Research slots: a project only starts if there is a free research slot (Quick research needs two). If there isn't one, the panel says so in red, and starting a project never pauses another one.
- Mercenaries: the captain panel did not appear with the offer. Fixed.
- Range: around the missile fortress and the tanks a thin ring replaces the full fog disc, and its bright edge is exactly the firing range.
- AI opponents: they earn less and build ships more slowly. Easy: 50% of the player's rate, Normal 70%, Hard 100%, Nightmare 120%.
