- fixed kickflip sometimes not working at the top of quarterpipes (lvl Tower f.ex.)

- disable VSync on Steam Deck per default. Can be changed.

- fixed camera calibration scene on Steam Deck

- fixed thumbstick settings requiring mouse for full navigation

- graphics options are now stored per device and not synced over steam cloud anymore

- moved radio option to gameplay options

- option to change the game resolution

- fixed counting a collectible twice. It's now 50 total collectibles and not 51.

- fixed not getting ceiling achievement in sisters room
