We’ve adjusted anomaly appearance flow and improved some anomaly presentations.

• Improved anomaly appearance logic so that undiscovered anomalies can be encountered more reliably.
• Adjusted progression related to discovering all anomalies so that it does not take excessively long.
• Improved the presentation of certain NPC anomalies.
