Fixed some problems with the code for cloning cards that could result in bugs and crashes.
Economies of Scale - Cost increased from 5 to 9.
Accolade - Cost increases from 5 to 7.
Combined Arms - Cost increased from 4 to 6.
Maginot Line - Cost decreased from 7 to 3.
Boudica - Cost reduced from 3 to 2, Health decreased from 4 to 3.
Moscow Water Dog - Power increased from 2 to 3, Health decreased from 3 to 2.
Ivan Mazepa - Cost increased from 3 to 4, Health increased from 4 to 5.
Charles Ponzi - Redesigned. Now has "Play: Draw a 1 Cost card. If you play it this turn, draw a 2 Cost card, with the same condition."
