This patch brings another set of smaller fixes:
~ Tweaked planet takeover aggression
* Fixed an issue causing building sounds to not work correctly
* Fixed a bug that allowed for infinite money to be extracted from bot factions using diplomacy
* Fixed a potential crash when running the game using DirectX 12
