Patch round #2

While the game is gearing up for Early Access on 6 November the beta testers have been playing and streaming the game live on twitch and YouTube. This has been loads of fun and also brought some bugs to light that are again patched. Many thanks again to those who helped and keep them coming!

Bug Fixes

[+] sqlmap: `--dump` and `--file-read` now save extracted files to your own `/home/downloads` with origin tracking, so dead-drop missions finally accept them.

[+] metasploit: hitting a database server now cleanly points you to `sqlmap` with the right version of the database service

[+] Mission Board: finishing a mission clears the ACTIVE tab right away instead of leaving the completed contract sitting there.

[+] Wallet: sending BTC to unknown addresses are blocked, and over/underpayments rejected.

[+] The NAC controller was reporting on gateway scans. It is correctly an IPS sensor now, CISCO Firepower IPS it is!

[+] VPN, the game now tells you how to see the LAN a tunnel reveals

[+] analyze, now reports the remote VPN tunnel, not just the appliance

[+] Wallet, a cold→hot transfer no longer refuses amounts that the other direction accepts

Co-op

[+] "Root the box" now accepts cameras, PLCs and printers. These devices top out at their own admin ceiling and can't reach true root, so the objective counts that ceiling.

[+] A failed crew op now emails you what gave you away (the server left dirty, or the investigation) and who tripped it.

[+] A bounced crew transfer refunds the network fee too, not just the amount.

[+] Scan detections (SIEM/IDS) now post to crew chat, attributed to whoever set them off.

[+] Trust is single-player only. Co-op and CTF grant no trust, you bring your own from singleplayer work.

[+] A completed co-op op now reports its real duration (the summary was showing 00:00) in discord channel leaderboard.

Socials and Intel

[+] Email-footer OSINT: a person's signature footer now gives away their city and sector, so a named target becomes SIGINT-locatable.

[+] Work a FaceLink insider up to max trust and they will email you a working VPN login.

[+] FaceLink chat and Mesh Mail: layout and readability fixed.

[+] Darkmarket: the buy column no longer slides off-screen when the browser is narrowed.

Quality of Life

[+] Ctrl+R reverse history search works in the terminal now. It's in the Help app under Unix Commands.
