There were of course patches before this one, but this is when I decided to start keeping track!

Added Collection to the Collection menu (items now only display if you've obtained them in a run).

Removed Temporary Title Screen Art in favor of Temporary Scrolling Background.
Removed unused fonts and added fonts to credits, additionally changed font in some places to Alagard.
