Once Upon a Galaxy · public · first seen
Chromaria is here – today’s patch opens the world of living paint! Grab your brushes and prepare to (chance) encounter the amazing cards in Galaxy’s new set!
Meet Bing Wu and Luna – these captains will guide you into Chromaria. They’re available for free, so you can experience the new cards and mechanics right away!
October’s store captains – Swishbuckler, Chromarian, and Remi – can be accessed early when the Chromaria pre-order bundles unlock today!
Each new captain comes with a bonus deck and costume for themselves and an older captain. Order all three to get a free Chromaria Reroll! (The Chromaria Reroll will be available for purchase when the pre-orders end.)
Pre-orders end on October 9, so get yours before they’re gone!
30 older captains are exploring the set too, with new Chromaria theme decks!
Note: the Candy Pandy, Dinonysus and Trash Panda decks are included in Chromaria's pre-orders.
A couple cards are changing with Chromaria’s release, as The Beanstalk and Ham-Star proved a bit too strong in the world of paint.
The Beanstalk: ability now starts on turn 2.
The Beanstalk’s change avoids immediately activating with start-of-game paint effects.
Ham-Star: cut.
Ham-Star would go Ham-Supernova with paint, so we removed it for its own safety (for now).
We’ll monitor Galaxy’s balance post-Chromaria for further changes to make alongside the upcoming shared-pool shakeup!
With Chromaria's additional theme decks, we ran out of room in deck-select! Captain decks now overflow off-screen with a scrollable UI (they no longer shrink to fit the space).
Chromaria is sure to make a splash. We're excited for you to finally explore its new cards and mechanics, and paint Galaxy in new colors!
Til next time,
See you in the stars…
