Added a 'refresh' button to inventory.
Removed PlayFab completely from the game. This should fix issues some players are having.
Major changes how your items are fetched from Steam. There can be some issues which I haven't noticed, so please report them.
Improved item granting when buying items from the Shop that require coins, and when levelling up.
Improved 'Easy Anti-Cheat initialization' pop-up to inform user how to potentially fix the issue.
Potentially fixed inventory not loading items after returning back to Lobby from a finished match.
Fixed a bug that allowed to use items that were put up for sale if you had them equipped.
Potentiallyfixed an issue when session creation fails and when master client transfer occurs.
