Plaza: Fixed Always Day / Always Night / Animated day night setting. Day night setting will now properly apply in all situations
Plaza: Fixed outdoor lights not turning on immediately after leaving an interior in the Plaza
Fixed Fishing bait not being cleaned up and building up in the water
Condo: Fixed the Ferris Wheel milestone not animating properly
Condo: Fixed Pumpkin Clock's broken LODs
