0.19.02 - Balance and wording improvements
No you shouldn't try to fight the flagships :)

Weapons
The Scatter gun weapon tree no longer requires completion of Sector 33.
The Ice cannons have been moved to this slot instead.

Enemies
Damage of Scourge lasers have been reduced: 2x to 1.5x
Scourge Lasers now track a little slower.

Text and User Interface
Weapons that can be merged to upgrade them now have Flashing Double arrow icons to help make it a bit clearer.
Change "Menace" to now read as "Threat level"
Updated the text for level modifiers.
