Fixed

• Demand and expansion forecasts no longer remain stuck loading while the simulation continues to update.
• Expired flight rotations no longer block moving an aircraft to a new home base. Ferry planning also shows clearer guidance when returning home and lets you cancel a rebase selection if its requirements change.
• Fixed time skips failing when a one-way route serves an airport with arrivals but no departures.
