New fun features!!

New features:

• HandBrake:
• The handbrake is a setting on the cabin,
• When holding space if enabled all wheels with the "Use as Handbrake" setting enabled will stop

• Low Friction for wheels:
• Low Friction setting for wheels makes it easier to drift

• Coloured Cabins:
• After a long long journey. We can now paint the vehicle cabin. I know start clapping now

New Blocks:

• Signal Emitter:
• Emits a signal when powered which can be used with the Signal Receiver to power things across a vehicle.

• Signal Receiver:
• Receives a signal emitted by the Signal Emitter this can be changed in its settings
