Bug fixes and tweaks

• Fixed skins not working on SPR-12

• Fixed price on Red dot scope for N1A

• Fixed UI bug when going from the appearance tab to the skill tab

• Minor bug fixes

Postal office map changes

• Tweaked a couple of environment line-of-sight problems that would cause guards to catch players unfairly

• Level tweaks to make certain important rooms more readable

• Made the shop doors be locked (it’s nighttime!)
