CPU will change target if the other enemy is significantly closer than their current lock-on target
[Should fix the CPU not attacking 3P unless 1P was dead. Overall, this makes the CPU more aggressive]

Lord Pyre

Spear It Lv3 = 3rd hit has increased hitbox height

Red King Lv3 = fix animation where sword is not in the hand at the end of the final swing for a few frames

BARRY-350

Rocket Punch (Light version) = 4f more recovery on the ground version so it should not combo to 5M in corner when hit later as OTG
[This is so this easy OTG can only combo into Supers, where as the harder OTG Fly Rocket Punches allow for full combos]
