This update brings a substantial improvement to overall game performance. Changes have been made to how the engine handles and processes game elements, reducing unnecessary workload and improving runtime efficiency. These optimizations should result in smoother and more consistent performance, particularly in more demanding areas of the game. The game should now run at 60 FPS most of the times, or very rarely drop below 50 FPS in worst of cases, including on Steam Deck.
If this version is not working for you, please use the Legacy version which will stay until end September 2026. In general, if you notice any issues, please report them so that every effort can be made to address them.
Additional changes:
Fixed an issue where the Giant Rockworm door in Boreal Mount could remain unusable after defeating the boss.
Added a magic door near the Illusion Sanctuary save point, allowing players to return directly to the area's entrance.
