Launch Window: 1961 · public · first seen
Update 0.2 rebuilds upgrade progression, adds annual Board reviews, and brings Launch Window to macOS and Linux.

The old company upgrades have been replaced with nine upgrade paths. Each path provides a benefit and also changes another part of the company.
Upgrade paths have three ranks. At Rank III, you choose between two permanent specializations. Ranks and additional upgrade slots are purchased with reputation instead of company cash.
Later launch vehicles also require permanent reputation authorization before they can be purchased. Having enough money is no longer the only requirement for expanding the fleet.

At the end of each year, the Board reviews the company's performance, market position, and the time remaining in the campaign.
The review determines how much funding the company receives for the next year. You sign the report, receive the funding, and begin planning for the year ahead.

The Mission Control calendar now has a circular day clock, handwritten launch notes, and vehicle delivery reminders.
Launch Window: 1961 now has a native 64-bit Linux build and a universal macOS build for Apple Silicon and 64-bit Intel Macs.
This is the first major update since Launch Window entered Early Access. Thank you to everyone who has played, shared feedback, or reported a problem. Launch Window is a small, solo-developed game, and that feedback is already helping me improve it.
If you run into a bug or find something confusing, please share it in the Steam Discussions.
Thank you for playing and supporting Launch Window.
