thimble dungeon has a proper name now: the greedy knight. same knight, same unreliable party, same rule — they fight, you count the gold. what changed is everything around him.
two dungeons, two bosses, the money tree and the first two tomes. it's on the store page now, and it's part of steam rpg fest this week. if you played the old demo, this one is a different game: install it fresh.
tomes. every boss keeps its trick in a book. beat it and the book is yours for good. once a hero owns two, you pick which one comes down with him — and that is what makes two runs with the same party play differently
a real deck. thirty-five run cards, drafted between sets, common to epic: quick feet, lucky strike, thorns, momentum, flawless, spite, echo, rally. the ones that only fit one tome moved into the money tree as keystones
the map pays. clear a dungeon and it opens the next tier up: enemies up to twelve times as strong, gold paying up to 7.6×. the map now lands on the hardest tier you've unlocked and shows what every tier pays
the ledger. your bests, your banked gold and the way out — it appears after your first death, because everybody has one
