Fixed

• Route details stay clear of the route list while planning.
• Planning slot badges reflect the slots actually held by draft flights.
• Guantanamo and Vandenberg military airfields no longer appear as airline airport choices.
• Larger fleets start with aircraft details collapsed, making the fleet list easier to scan.
• Missing runway heading data no longer causes incorrect weather-related runway closures.
