Fixed: assist cards could briefly show another card selection during the animation

Fixed: card names differed from the card artwork on some screens

Match speed (Play / Skip) is now remembered between matches

If a hand comes up with only high-rarity cards, a basic card is added

Esc closes popups / goes back, Enter advances dialogue bubbles

Save dates are now shown as day/month in German, Spanish and French
