Another QoL & Bug Fix Update

Signs added, you can now place signs.
Thrown items and shot arrows now travel more smoothly.
New crosshair added for the Crossbow.
Some trader items now have stock limits and only restock at set times.
Fixed Crossbow arrows sometimes appearing to come from the wrong side of the screen.
Fixed a bug where players joining late could get stuck due to a bad timeout flag.
Fixed the Blowgun dart not being craftable.
Fixed clients far from the lobby host being unable to break items with arrows.
Fixed players clipping into objects when the maze finished rotating.
Fixed items not syncing properly with the rotating maze.
Fixed item-giving NPCs sometimes playing a walking animation while standing still.
Fixed the Machete dealing no damage on throw.
