Alphabetto's · public · first seen
The game speaks six languages
Alphabetto's can now be played in Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and Portuguese. And not just the menu: every book's events, the characters' dialogue, the logbook, the catalogue, the tabs, the loading-screen quotes and the library texts. You switch from Settings, no restart needed.
Voices
All 534 spoken lines in the game now have a voice in Spanish and English. Each character speaks with their own and appears with their portrait. Where the system's synthetic voice used to slip in, there is now silence: better to say nothing than to sound wrong.
The table runs smooth
A thorough performance pass. We removed compositing layers that painted nothing, hidden canvases that kept drawing, and a clipping mask being recalculated on every single frame. The menu went from stuttering to running clean, and the flickering and frozen videos are gone.
New tutorial
The old one told you where everything was, but not how to play. Now it tells you when you need it, instead of all at once.
Fixes
• The round no longer hangs: if the chain jams, it closes itself.
• Returning to the main menu really does clear the table now.
• All three endings run into the credits, even if you skip them.
• The hand carousel no longer jumps or flickers, and the arrows are always visible.
• The scoring screen splits into two columns so it fits on screen.
• The HUD widgets are now binder tabs.
• Redesigned shop.
• Dozens of interface labels tightened so they fit in German, the language that stretches the most.
