Update v1.0.1 is now live, fixing the following issues.

Fixes

Fixed an issue where a patient's gender and symptoms could contradict each other.
For patients arriving during business hours, symptoms that did not match the gender on their insurance card could be assigned. Gender-specific symptoms are now drawn only from options consistent with the insurance card.

Fixed an issue where some sound effects ignored the volume settings.
Certain sounds, such as reception screen interactions and tutorial effects, were not affected by the SE volume slider. All sound effects now follow the configured volume.

Fixed the volume category of the prescription check voice line.
It was previously treated as a sound effect, and now follows the Voice volume setting.

Existing save data carries over without any changes.
