We've just released patch EA 0.1.10 which should fix a few of the problems you might have encountered.
Fixed:
Radios now transmit player voices correctly
Players no longer visually take damage when another player takes damage
Reduced the ravens gather rate when players are talking
Win and Loss screen now correctly displays
In-game pause menu now appears
We should have another patch coming later in the day to fix more bugs.
