Fixed an issue that was preventing the objectives of the 24/7 Trade Permit qualification from completing after the goals were met.
Added an additional reward to the 24/7 Trade Permit that increases night time customers by 500%.
Improved the item spawning by selecting types based on the active qualification. For instance, when the Melee Weapon Trading qualification is active, the spawn rate of melee weapons increases.
