Improved the free Qualification Token compensation system. When loading a save file from a version older than 1.1.4, players will now receive free Qualification Tokens based on the qualifications they have already obtained. For example, an old 24/7 Trade Permit will now grant 8 Tokens instead of 1, allowing players to claim the new permit for free.
Added a marquee effect to save file titles in the Save/Load Game windows, making longer titles easier to read.
