Update 0.12.3 is now available for Crown Marshal.
This update introduces a Windows standalone build that runs without the Steam client, along with major low-level performance improvements to the battle simulation. The game engine has also been updated to Godot 4.7.1.

Crown Marshal can now be downloaded directly from the official website and played without running the Steam client.
The Windows standalone build supports:

The standalone and Steam versions fully share:
Crown top-ups are not available directly in the Windows standalone build.
Crown purchases must still be completed through the Steam client.
