### Important Note

With this update, **old save files will no longer be compatible.** For the best experience, we recommend starting a **new world and creating a new save file.**

### World & Exploration

* The world size has been **increased by 4x**.
* **Mountains** have been added to the world.
* Players now spawn at a **different location** in each newly generated world.
* Tree generation has been improved, and issues causing **partially generated trees** have been fixed.
* **Surface caves and underground caves** have been added to the world.
* High mountains can now contain both **visible cave entrances** and **caves generated inside the mountains**.

### New Features

* The **Builder** profession has been added to villager jobs.
* The **Custom Build System** has been added.
* Players can now use hammers to open the custom building menu, select blocks, create their own building plans, and assign **Builder villagers** to construct them.

### AI & Gameplay Improvements

* Villager AI has been improved.
* Villager target-finding and navigation behavior has been improved.
* Transitions between chunks in the **underground darkness system** have been improved.

### Bug Fixes

* Fixed visual/surface issues that could occur when placing blocks on water.
* Fixed issues causing trees to generate partially at chunk borders.

### Performance & Optimization

* Various **chunk system optimizations** have been implemented.
* Optimizations have been made to improve **FPS performance**.
* **Memory usage** has been optimized.
