Patch Notes – Volume 4: The Path Back to Life 🦋

Hello everyone! We are incredibly excited to announce that our next major story chapter is out now: Volume 4 has arrived! This new chapter dives deep into the challenges of returning to everyday life, facing old traumas, and finding much-needed stability.Along with the new story, this update introduces brand-new interactive minigames, fresh Steam achievements, and important balancing improvements.Here are the full patch notes for today’s update:

✨ New Content & Story

• Volume 4 Added: Experience a brand-new chapter. Follow the main character after their discharge from the clinic as they navigate the harsh reality of school life, confront old wounds (bullying flashbacks), and ultimately find stability through new encounters during summer vacation.

🎮 New Interactive Minigames

To capture the emotional weight of this new chapter, we’ve developed two new mechanics:

• New Minigame – "Breathing Exercise": Find your rhythm! Synchronize the breathing circle at the perfect moment to calm the heart rate on the EKG monitor and ward off panic.

• New Minigame – "Path of Hope": Guide a spark of light through the darkness. Connect with positive anchors (like Therapy, Friend, Hope) while carefully dodging destructive shadow nodes (Bullying, Pressure).

🏆 New Steam Achievements

For the achievement hunters out there, we’ve added three new challenges to unlock! Your journey to 100% continues:

• 🔓 A New Resolve: Start the fourth chapter.

• 🔓 Lightbearer: Flawlessly complete the "Path of Hope" minigame without touching a single shadow!

• 🔓 Together Into the Future: Reach the ending of Volume 4.

⚖️ Balancing & Improvements

• Breathing Exercise Adjustments: We heard your feedback! The first minigame (Breathing Exercise) has been made more forgiving. We increased the tolerance window for the perfect breathing rhythm, making the gameplay significantly smoother and less frustrating.

🌍 Localization (Multi-Language Support)

• Full Translations: The entire Volume 4 story, as well as all new achievements, are fully localized from day one in the following languages: English, German, French, Czech, Polish, Ukrainian, and Russian.
