Some more helper functions for the tutorial, and the rest of the missing pause music.
Just a couple bug fixes.

Added a system to highlight panels during the tutorial.
Added in the remaining pause music.
Clarified Flick by specifying hold and drag in the tutorial.
Fixed display bug where factory products would not update instantly if another factory was selected.
Fixed visual bug where pip text would appear shiny.
Fixed bug where selection was available for a moment after the tutorial before the end screen was created.
Fixed bug where line skipping would not be possible if starting a tutorial save from the middle of the tutorial.
