Hotfix: Performance Optimizations

Hey heroes! Quick patch to address major feedback from the launch so far. Have fun!

What's new in this hotfix

• Major performance improvements for all players, especially low graphics mode

• Fixed low graphics mode issue causing starting levels to appear bright white

• Fixed VSync setting not saving between levels

• Fixed entering level door with 0 health, causing you to get stuck in place
