Version 0.18.12

A small in-between update with one UI polish and a bugfix I'd been meaning to track down for
a while.

🚀 New:

• The round-end button on the strategic map now has its own icon instead of plain text

🛠️ Fixed:

• The selection outline on a clicked unit (e.g. a pirate base) stayed on permanently – a
  second click was supposed to hide it again but didn't. You can now toggle it off with
  another click, and switching to a different unit correctly clears the old outline.
