Input & Telemetry Hotfix

This hotfix addresses several issues reported after launch:

• Fixed the settings menu opening unexpectedly during map use.
• Fixed mouse and camera jumps after closing the map or settings menu.
• Fixed repeated Escape and map inputs causing stuck menu states.
• Improved match-result and termination telemetry reliability.
• Added recovery for results that could not upload immediately.
