🔧 Update v0.2.37 — Steam Rich Presence, Resync Diagnostics & Multiplayer Security

Hello Commanders!This update adds Steam Rich Presence integration and multiplayer stability improvements. It also introduces desync diagnostic progress meters and platform warning indicators.

🎮 New Feature: Steam Rich Presence

• Live Activity Display: Your active country, current campaign date, and current ruler's name are now displayed directly to friends in your Steam Friends list. This updates automatically in real-time as cabinet elections shift coalition leaders.

🌐 Resync Stability & Verification

• Post-Sync Probation Watch: Added a "probation" state during resyncs. When a player catches up, they enter a probation status while the game verifies state hashes across all peers. Shows a non-blocking banner and pops a success toast once synchronization is confirmed stable.

• Download Progress Indicators: The resync screen now details incoming snapshot file download progress percentages and countdown clocks indicating when the next auto-retry will attempt.

🛡️ Multiplayer Security & Warning Toasts

• Scripting Engine Mismatch Warns: Added warning toasts if you connect to a host using a different scripting backend (such as Mono vs IL2CPP) which could trigger silent game desyncs.

• Stable Late-Joins: Hardened player identification structures to prevent late-joining network lobby errors.
