Fixed an issue causing Exploding Kick not correctly detect the "perfect strike" near the end of the lunge. (Reported by @pezzo)
Fixed an issue causing Exploding Kick to grant unconditional explosion immunity on use.
Exploding Kick can now break through doors, similar to Avalanche.
✅ UI
Fixed interact bubbles submitting when hovered and space bar is pressed.
