Hotfix: Windows HiDPI

I completely forgot about Windows HiDPI scaling, and as a result the game had issues rendering on Windows machines with scaling enabled, I apologize for the inconvenience. The game now has an option to enable this setting, and will also try to detect scaling automatically and enable the HiDPI option.
