This update improves the horror events and late-game gameplay experience.

■ Horror Event Improvements

* Horror events are now assigned to specific stages for a more controlled experience.

* Reduced cases where multiple horror events could overlap unnaturally.

* Adjusted footsteps, whispers, breaking glass, electrical noises, thunder, and other events to better match stage progression.

■ Demon Doll

* The Demon Doll now actively hunts the player during later stages.

* It stops while being watched and retreats if the player continues staring at it.

* If it catches the player, the most recently discovered object will be replaced.

* Fixed cases where it could affect the player through walls or from another floor.

■ Book Head

* Added Book Head teaser events and full threat encounters.

* Book Head pulls the player’s view toward itself, requiring the player to look away to escape its curse.

* Player movement is now locked during Book Head encounters, preventing the event from being avoided simply by walking away.

* Improved its spawn system to prevent it from appearing behind walls or outside the player’s view.

* Book Head can appear multiple times during later stages and becomes stronger during the final stage.

■ Book Head Penalty Fix

* Fixed an unfair issue where several objects could be randomly replaced at once without revealing their new order.

* Objects and their original order are now preserved. The player only needs to repeat a number of recent correct choices.

■ Guides and Quality-of-Life Improvements

* Added threat guides when entering Stages 7, 9, and 10.

* The current stage is now clearly displayed in these guides.

* When the player is sent back to a previous stage after reaching the mistake limit, the destination stage is now displayed.

* Improved the early-game tutorial and sequence hints.

■ Ending Improvements

* Fixed the mouse cursor and crosshair remaining visible during the ending credits.

* The pause menu can no longer be opened during the ending credits.

■ Other Fixes

* Fixed camera input issues during the prologue and instructional screens.

* Improved various UI, input, event recovery, and stability issues.
