Fixed some display errors
Changed so that Breaths referencing low stats are no longer selected when Breath changes
Limited the game’s maximum FPS to 60 on high refresh rate monitor environments
This should not affect visual effects and should improve overall game stability but please report it if the game becomes excessively unstable
