Fixed an issue where Manager + Artist careers could get stuck and be unable to participate in events.
Fixed the missing manager_profiles database error.
Managers are now correctly included in event offers and the Label Hub.
Fixed an issue where only a few candidates (or none) appeared for some staff roles.
Each recruitable staff category now has a healthier pool of candidates.
Staff generation is now more reliable, so an issue with one role won't prevent others from appearing.
Candidate pools are automatically replenished when opening the recruitment screen and as time progresses.
