Added: ship can be moved with right mouse button now, and interact with middle button (no instructions for now)
Changed: reduced a bit the drones cost.
Changed: asteroid generation now tries to grow in resistance faster.
Changed: reduced a bit how anomalies progress over levels and reduced the number of spawns (wip)
Fixed: gamehud wasn't opening again after disabling autohide.
Fixed: asteroid selection popup wasn't working with mouse.
Fixed: try to fix strange mouse cursor behaviour in linux, I suppose it wasn't in pixel perfect positions so it looked weird.
