Patch Notes (v133):
Make Silicon and a couple other resources more visible so they aren't accidentally missed.
Make descend be a separate action that's bound to left control by default instead of shift to make the jetpack controls feel better. Also gridsnapping is switched from left control to C by default to not conflict with descend.
Add a notification when the first rocket mission is complete to guide player to pick up the obtained terraform materials.
