patch 1.0.5 - Royal Birthright scaling, very-end-game additions

- The value of Royal Birthright now scales with the total number of colonies previously started, increasing by x0.5 per Colony. This should make trying different strategies faster for players who are struggling to progress in the mid-to-late-game.

- Added more levels to the very-end-game, granting more Brain Matter to push for the highest possible Feeding Rate. (You should start a new run for this to properly take effect.)

- Added even more DNA points to the very-end-game, adding more milestones to push towards.

- Added an option to disable the custom mouse cursor.

- Fixed left panel box not scaling properly when too many buffs visible.
