Hotfix 0.0.1 #4

Hello everyone, today I’m releasing another small patch with some gameplay adjustments and improvements. Thank you for all the feedback you've been giving, it really helps improve the game.

Fixes & Changes:

- Added extra parking tickets in the Parking Level.

- Increased the size of parking tickets to make them easier to spot.

- Reduced sanity drain in the Parking Level.

- Improved performance in Level 0.

- Added an additional spawn location for the lever in the Basement Level.
