Fixed that the Farmstead was not generating grass on tiles with resources.
Fixed that the Resource Overlay was showing Forrest icons on rivers that were merged by the Lumber Mill.
Fixed that Indigo was not restored when undoing the merge of the Indigo Farm (Ancient Egypt) on Kemet III or IV.
