Fixed some UI bugs on slot selection screen

Current lives are now displayed in the pause menu (important for hard mode))
Fixed bugs related to balancing in top of the hat
Fixed reset not applying lives properly in hard mode
Fixed air kick movement not properly killing enemies
Edit: Version 1994 had a critical bug, so it was rollbacked. v1995 fixes that and includes many other small bugfixes.
