Satisfactory Non-Steam Support

The non-Steam version of Satisfactory can be made to work with SaveSync. Here are the steps:

  • Disable cloud saves for the game on Epic Games or your respective storefront
  • In Steam, navigate to: Library -> SaveSync -> Settings -> Properties -> Installed Files
  • Click on Browse
  • Create a new text file named 526870.txt
  • Add the following lines to the file (be sure to update the paths to match your machine):C:\\Games\\Satisfactory
    WinAppDataLocal
    FactoryGame/Saved/SaveGames/<id>    Note: Replace the first line with your correct installation path, and replace <id> with the proper folder name. You can find your specific save folder by pasting %localappdata%\\FactoryGame\\Saved\\SaveGames into your file explorer's address bar
  • Save the file and start SaveSync. It will now display a "Satisfactory (Non-Steam)" entry in the game list
