Update 0.1.0.4v released as stable

Bug fixes:

• Fixed audio settings functionality;

• Fixed several issues in settings behavior;

• Improved validation for players’ selected decks at game start;

• Fixed command point income penalty based on unit count.

Rebalance:

• Increased prices for all vehicles;

• Decreased prices for all infantry;

• Increased infantry health;

• Decreased vehicle speed.
