A lightweight patch to address a few more bugs I have noticed recently, and some extras.
Added some dynamic events. Now the villa will feel more... "alive" :)
Fixed more floating assets.
Fixed some walls and ceiling that were not completely sealing the room.
Added missing description for some items.
Added game icon and official display name instead of the standard Unreal placeholder (was about time).
