Reworked how Buy Timer works under the hood.
Fixed hitboxes not working correctly with real players. This wasn't affecting bots.
Fixed players getting random weapons in Elimination every round if player didn't die on the previous round. Now players get their selected melee and Glock-18 instead of random weapons.
Some other Elimination related fixes.
