[V1.6.14] Late-Game Scaling & Steam Process Fix

Balance & Progression

• Base CPS Adjustments: Updated the base CPS values for the Cosmic Fabricator and Astral Constructor generators.

• Mid to Endgame Scaling: Increased the cost scaling factor for all generators from the Quantum Weave to the end of the current content to ensure a balanced late-game economy.

Bug Fixes

• Clean Exit: Fixed an issue where the game process would occasionally linger in the background and keep showing as "Running" on Steam after closing the window.
